I bring over 20 years of experience in teaching and community welfare, supporting individuals and families through change, pressure, and everyday challenges. My work is rooted in education, practical coaching, and compassionate support that respects your pace. As a neurodiversity specialist in London and a life coach, I focus on helping you build skills that make daily life easier. That can include routines, planning, communication, confidence, and coping strategies for overwhelm. I work with you to understand what is happening beneath the surface, not to label you, but to help you find what works for you. My approach is strengths based and realistic. We build tools you can use at home, in education settings, or at work, and we adjust them as your life changes.
What makes Flowergrid different
At Flowergrid, neurodiversity support is never treated as a standalone service. Focus, routines, confidence, and emotional regulation are all connected, and the challenges people face at home, school, or work rarely sit in one neat box. Being part of Flowergrid means your support can be joined up across a wider team of 20+ practitioners. If it would help, we can combine coaching with therapy, stress support, nutrition guidance, or wellbeing practices, so you are not trying to hold everything together on your own. The result is a calmer, clearer plan that fits your real life.
