I am Tamkin Riaz, and my mission has always been simple: to bridge the gap between potential and prosperity. With over 45 years of experience across the education and business sectors, I have seen first-hand that the right introduction or the right strategic partnership can transform a life or an entire community. My approach is grounded in the belief that everyone has a "higher potential," but reaching it requires a mix of strategic thinking, connection, and a clear roadmap. In my work as a Career and Personal Growth Coach, I draw on my diverse background as a TV presenter, community lead, and educator. I have interviewed global entrepreneurs and brokered partnerships for the Croydon Business Association, and I bring that same level of strategic insight to our individual sessions. Whether I am mentoring a next-generation leader or advising on property investment and wealth creation, my focus remains on results through connection. I am a serial networker by conviction, not just habit. At Flowergrid, I help you look at your "grid" from a perspective of professional and community wellness. True growth isn't just about what you know, but how you connect your skills to the wider world. My goal is to help you write your own introduction, providing you with the leverage and confidence to stand out in your field and achieve the prosperity you deserve.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows the slot to be offered to someone else.

I am not available for crisis or emergency situations. Please contact local emergency services if urgent support is needed.
Commitment:
Consistency and commitment help achieve the best outcomes. Plans can be adjusted if life circumstances change.
