My goal is to help you build a healthier lifestyle through a combination of movement, strength, and simple nutrition habits. Training is tailored to your level and your goals. That might be strength training for confidence, a balanced routine that includes cardio, or a gradual plan that supports you if you are new to structured exercise. Alongside workouts, I also support clients with macros and nutrition habits, so you understand what fuels your progress and what gets in the way. I keep the process clear and realistic. We track what matters, adjust as your body adapts, and build habits that fit your week. If you have health concerns or injuries, we work within safe boundaries and I may suggest speaking to your GP or the wider Flowergrid team.
