I am a London-based GP and wellbeing consultant with almost twenty years of clinical experience. I trained in medicine at the University of London and completed further qualifications including a BSc in Molecular Genetics, a Master's degree in Medical Education, postgraduate training in women's health and family planning, and advanced leadership and management certification. I am a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners and hold additional accreditation in coaching, mental health support and medicolegal work. Alongside my NHS background, I have developed a strong portfolio in life and mental health coaching. I offer structured, reflective and evidence-based guidance for clients experiencing stress, burnout, low mood, hormonal transitions, workplace pressure or difficulties in navigating personal change. My approach draws on my medical expertise as well as coaching methods such as mindset work, behavioural change, lifestyle medicine and integrative wellbeing. I am also an educator and mentor, supporting doctors in training and contributing to national medical assessments and academic programmes. Clients value my grounded manner, clear explanations and ability to link physical health, emotional patterns and daily habits in a practical and supportive way. My sessions create space for clarity, confidence and long-term personal growth.
