I’m Angelina Ray, an independent integrative counsellor and psychic therapist based in Croydon. I hold a Higher Professional Counselling Diploma from a BACP accredited course, and I work with clients who want professional emotional support, alongside a deeper understanding of the soul and subconscious influences that can shape daily life. My approach is grounded first. We start with what is happening in your life now, your relationships, stress, identity, and emotional patterns. From there, we can explore what sits underneath, including the inner child, unconscious beliefs, and the parts of you that have been trying to cope quietly for years. For clients who are open to it, I also offer psychic mediumship as an additional layer of insight. I do not use it to replace counselling. I use it to help you reflect on patterns, connections, and the questions you feel you cannot answer through logic alone. Some clients find this brings clarity. Others prefer counselling only, and that is always respected. I have also contributed to research work on anxiety in obsessive compulsive disorders and self harm, presented at the Lewisham Counselling Annual BACP Research Conference.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows the slot to be offered to someone else.

Everything discussed during sessions is treated with the strictest confidence and professional standards.
Emergencies:
I am not available for crisis or emergency situations. Please contact local emergency services if urgent support is needed.
Commitment:
Consistency and commitment help achieve the best outcomes. Plans can be adjusted if life circumstances change.
